These are real 4-day brioche cinnamon rolls — not the quick one-day dough most places use. That means multiple days of preferment, folding, and cold fermentation to develop deep flavor and that signature flaky, tender texture. Everything is done by hand in small batches in my Wethersfield kitchen.

I use high-quality butter, good flour, and real cinnamon. No preservatives, no dough conditioners, no chemicals. This is actual food — the kind that spoils in a few days because nothing artificial is holding it together.

I work full time in addition to this, so each batch takes real time and labor on top of regular life. That’s why the price is what it is.

Bottom line: $4 per roll is fair for true artisan brioche made the right way. Grocery store and chain rolls are cheaper because they’re loaded with shortcuts and junk. If you want the real thing with no compromises, this is the price.
